Where Do You Deliver?

Currently we only deliver here in Australia.

How Will My Order Be Delivered?

Sienna And I Creations uses a specialised delivery network with Australia Post to deliver your goods to any nominated area in Australia (including PO Boxes). Australia Post and their agents deliver between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

If nobody can accept your delivery when delivery is attempted, and there are no special delivery instructions, a card will be left directing you to your local post office where your goods will be left. Please note that Australia Post cannot call prior to delivery.

Identification will need to be provided to prove customers are over the age of 18.

A signature may be need to be provided for proof of delivery and your acceptance that the parcel is being delivered in good condition.

How Long Does Custom Orders Take To Make?

All items that are made custom to order, please allow 4 weeks for orders to be completed although we try our very best to minimise this time frame.

Do I Receive Any Confirmation?

A confirmation will be sent to the email supplied by you with information about your order.

How Will My Order Be Packaged?

We understand the nature of the product that we ship and understand how clothing can be affected by poor handling.

We ensure that all goods that leave our table are packaged just as we would like our own goods delivered.

Australia Post’s specialised service is dedicated to sending clothing around the country.

Their system ensures that products always remain intact and the couriers understand the sensitivity of the packaged goods.

What Happens If My Order Is Out of Stock?

If for some reason we can’t fulfil your order, we will need to contact you.

As some of our products are one off creations, we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and issue a full refund to ensure quality insurance of our products before they’re sent out to our clients.

If one of our products can be back-ordered, but it may effect delivery times.

What Happens If My Order Is Damaged In Transit?

All parcels sent from Sienna And I Creations are delivered by Australia Post. If for some reason your parcel is damaged, Sienna And I Creations will be notified by Australia Post.

Depending on the order and extent of damage to the goods we will be able to provide you with a credit or replacement, this is at the sole discretion of Sienna And I Creations.

How Long Will I Have To Wait To Receive My Orders?

Delivery to capital cities usually occur within 10 working days. Others areas including Northern Territory, South Australia and remote areas may take up to 14 working days.

What If I Want To Cancel My Order?

If you wish to cancel your order (prior to us dispatching your order), you may do so. Cancelling your order within a 10 working day time frame will result in a 3% administration fee.

We can’t cancel your order once we have shipped your goods.

How Do I Wash My Garments?

We recommend cool hand washing of our garments and hanging to dry in shade inside out.

Please do not tumble dry.

Please do not bleach.

Please use a warm iron, avoiding snaps and trims.

All items are lovingly handmade by myself in Perth, WA Australia.

What Happens If I Wish To Return My Order?

Please choose carefully as items are very limited and we cannot guarantee that another item will be available to exchange.

If you do require an exchange, we will do our best to accommodate, however it will depend upon item and fabric availability.

If we do offer an exchange, we will charge postage on the new item, which will be posted to you upon receipt of your original item.

We are unfortunately unable to offer a refund unless the item is faulty.

The cost of return postage, if applicable, is to be paid by the sender.

All products (including any headbands or accessories) need to be returned.

All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt and the items MUST BE in an unused and saleable condition.

We will not accept damaged or used products that are not in a saleable condition.

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit please contact us immediately.
